What are your concern of fears facing the cloud computing?
That's a kind of return to mainframe computing opposed to personal computing.  An extreme centralization on a platform, which we often don't know where it is and how it is handled, could lead to disaster on which we don't have any control.  A lot of people don't care anymore about backup, security trusting too much their provider.
